Accommodation Price List
The cottage is not operated as a hostel or as accommodation intended for work-related or rotational stays.
Accommodation Rates
€140 per night – for a one-night stay
€80 per night for the entire property – for stays of at least 2 nights
Additional Information
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
We accept recreation vouchers and can issue an invoice upon request for reimbursement.
A €50 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. If the guest cancels the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. By prior agreement, the reservation may be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Conditions for Long-Term Accommodation
The cottage is primarily intended for recreational and holiday stays. Long-term accommodation is available on an individual basis for a maximum period of one month.
For long-term stays, a refundable security deposit of €500 is required and must be paid in advance. The deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the stay, provided that no damage has occurred to the accommodation or its furnishings and equipment.
The price of long-term accommodation differs from the standard holiday rate and is determined individually according to the number of guests and the length of stay.
Long-term accommodation must be arranged in advance, including agreement on the applicable terms and conditions.
Additional Charges
Local accommodation tax: €1.50 per person per night
This tax is payable upon arrival and is not included in the accommodation price.

When booking directly, we can offer you a better rate without intermediary booking fees. We can also issue the necessary documentation for reimbursement of your recreation allowance upon request.
